·Wafer type:φ2”～φ12”×t0.5～1.2mm (in accordance with SEMI std)

·Round shape:～φ400mm×～t40mm

·Square shape:～□400mm×～t40mm

·Options: Notch marks, orientation flats, irregular or special shapes,
custom geometries and unique dimensions are possible.
